I just finished setting up a Pogoplug and a hard drive in my server closet. Now I can share large files without [a] monthly storage fees, and [b] worrying that the provider will disappear. I will also have full control over the drive being shared, allowing me to do quick backups as needed. If I'm smart I'll fix the Cat 5 jack in my studio so I can keep the Pogoplug and drive here with me, thus making backups that much more convenient.
An added bonus is that Pogoplug makes an iPhone app, so I will also be able to access my files with my iPod Touch. How cool is that?
